Great service, he got out to the property within 20 minutes to give a free quote and temporarily fixed the problem there and then for free. Although it was quite a pricey quote, likely due to the rarity of the locking mechanism that I needed replacing and therefore out of his control, I would highly recommend.

I had an issue with a tilt and slide patio door, about 15 years old, locking mechanism had broken. I made a number of a calls to a number of locksmiths and self proclaimed “experts” in their field, as soon as you mention ‘tilt and slide’ you get a flat ‘not interested, nightmare etc etc’. Thankfully one last google before I replaced the door I found Alex, came out straight away, spent an hour working out what needed to be done, wouldn’t accept anything for his time spent and said he would source a replacement, true to his word he did, spent another 2 hours putting the door in good working order, I know these doors are overly complicated and tricky but Alex wasn’t phased. If you want a good honest job doing, get in touch with Alex, he’s was spot on, thanks again.

I have now used this locksmith twice. Once in the middle of the night because a tenant had lost her keys and once because a tenant had broken the lock on her patio door. Both times he was very quick at responding, very professional in his work and cost effective.
