The locksmith attended and spent an hour carefully diagnosing the car lockout and producing two keys.

M. M.I locked my car keys in the boot in a Canary Wharf car park. The AA could not open the car, so I needed to go and look for a locksmith as I really needed to leave for Europe that very day.
Most - if not all - locksmiths in the area I tried to call seemed very unreliable - Either they would "get back to me" and never phoned back and refused to pick up the phone when I called them back - and as I have a relatively rare car some locksmiths couldn't do the job.. I really struggled to trust the people I was speaking to and thought that nobody could help me out..
Then I got hold of Paul - he was honest, picked up the phone every time I called, arrived even earlier then he promised and immediately got to work and opened the car - and he certainly wasn't some dodgy geezer wearing a hoodie, he was a professional, smartly dressed in a suit. - even when the door opened but the bootlid didn't , he offered to continue to work on the ignition until the boot opened and I could retrieve the keys.
I can honestly say that there was literally nobody else that day that was willing or able to help, and Paul offered me the service that I needed so badly: A reliable and polite professional that kept his promise and helped me out massively. Thanks Paul.

He was with me in just 35 minutes (Central London).
He had the car door open within 5-10 minutes, alarm disabled in another 15 minutes, and after a bit off investigation had the car running (2014 car), all in the freezing snow - amazing job!
