I can't recommend this firm highly enough. When we were unable to source a barrel for our community bike hangar lock, Jack and Geoff and others came up with a number of suggestions and ended up actually re-building the damaged lock for us. We are so appreciative of the level of customer care they gave us, at a reasonable price, when the original supplier of the hangar wanted over double the price and refused to supply the lock only. Very efficient, trustworthy, and committed team. Thank you!
