Luke was really responsive and came the same day to fit my new lock. Unfortunately, he was supplied with a faulty unit which was rather stiff - not his fault. So, he came back and swapped it out for free with a different, better lock and brought me extra keys as requested. He was easy to deal with, communicated well, showed a can-do attitude and cared about doing the right thing for me, his customer. Would definitely be my first call if I needed a locksmith again because I feel I can trust him and he went the extra mile.
