We called Ryan last week after one of our tenants was locked out of an apartment in Tower Hill. Ryan was very helpful on the phone and was with us within 30 minutes. He was able to quickly gain access to the property and he changed the lock for us on the spot. His rates are very reasonable too compared to other companies we have used in the past. I would highly recommend him and will be calling Ryan when we next need a locksmith.

I called for emergency locks to be replaced on riser cupboards. Ryan came to our site within 2 days of contacting and completed the job with no hassle. This was the first time I used the City of London locksmith. I found the service excellent. It wasn't an every day job - it involved driving to a Georgian house, removing rim locks, making keys from scratch, and returning to re fit the locks. However Ryan carried out the work punctually and without fuss. He also charged a reasonable rate.
