Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The locksmith was able to reverse engineer a key for an internal door lock that I brought along. Also, the call out service is good I had to arrange a while ago for my Mum when she had been burgled.

My main door was blown by the wind and the lock got broken on Sunday. I have to say it was very old lock. I phoned Dyetts on Monday morning and send picture by my mobile. Today the engineer came with the lock. Very pleasant and 100% professional. I was impressed by the quality of job. He even did some small reduction on the bottom of the door to make it not touch the ground. Exellent job and affordable price. I fully recommend them.
