Really amazing service on a very tricky job - very old car key, broken, bent and no spare .... Wendy was so patient sorting this for me. Would highly recommend in fact have stored their number in my phone for any future potential key emergencies. Brilliant. Would highly recommend.

I brought a 20 year old Chubb lock to b repaired keys were not unlocking it smoothly. Wendy painstakingly managed expertly to take it apart which as you can imagine was not easy as I'd never cleaned it in 20 years and it was somewhat rusty but nothing seemed too much trouble for Wendy. She also made me 5 sets of keys that seem to work far better than the ones I replaced . I would high recommend this family run business Wendy and her husband Gary are both experts in what they do and Wendy is very friendly and approachable as well as professional. Many thanks Wendy I shall definitely visit again in the future.

Had various from Gallaock - watch repaired/strap repaired or replaced/ keys cut or found when once I had lost a key. Always v .helpful and if the expert not there then you can be reassured that if you leave it there the job gets done at a very realistic price. I have to admit that I went to a Key Cutting shop in North Finchley initially even though I live in Muswell Hill. I didn’t want to pay Muswell Hill prices. The cut keys were not working and I had to go back a few times and the end result was negative. Probably cost me more in petrol with no end result. I then went to Gallalock in Muswell Hill and met Wendy. There were issues with the same key but Wendy was really patient and persevered until she got the right keys at no extra cost. No other locksmith would have done that. I have no hesitation in recommending Gallalock. Wendy provides a brilliant service. She goes the extra mile and does it with a smile.

Also I asked the owner an information about where to go around the aerea to buy 2 bolts, he looked among his boxes for 20 minutes to find the right size of bolts for me. Had to change locks under difficult circumstances during the week,Wendys sound advice, meant that this was done on the spot, even staying over her end of shift time to complete necessary adjustments, as i had to run home again, after omitting to bring the very part of the lock she had asked for, to take measurements,the fun started when we got home to fit, and 3 of us turned the air blue trying to fit this bit, to that bit, to this bit,got there in the end,its not called a locksmith for nothing,mental note to use one in future,helps if u switch it on right!!!! aagh!!! a big thankyou,as all done on same day, thanks to Wendy,its not just abt buying a lock, if things are at a difficult time,u cant put a price on somebody going over and above, and putting great customer service, and long standing professional.knowledge abive anything else.thanks you made a difference😁
