Bijan and the service were excellent, great advice, knowledgeable about what would work with my existing door/lock, punctual and responsive. Installed new locks for my flat, very happy, would use Hackney locksmiths again.

Bijan at Hackney Locksmith was incredibly quick to reply to my call. I sent over a picture of my lock via WhatsApp. I got a fixed quote with no extras on top (for which he knew he could guarantee). I got a message to let me know his ETA, when he was 10 minutes away I got another message. Thankfully, he was close by so I only waited 20 minutes. He was able to very quickly decipher the lock without drilling it and regain entry. Bijan was both efficient and super friendly. Whilst I never want to have to lock myself out again, I'd highly recommend HL / Bijan to anyone who ends up in this unfortunate situation

Bijan was flexible and helpful when arranging to visit, and even showed up a few minutes early. He tried everything to fix the problem lock, and when this proved impossible he provided and fitted a suitable replacement at a reasonable price. He made absolutely certain that this worked and that I was happy with it before leaving. Friendly and chatty throughout, and able to explain what he was doing. I wish more trades were this conscientious. 10/10.
