You put my mind at rest and avoided a callout, and a callout fee, for work that would clearly have been unnecessary. I needed a bike lock removed. Two minutes before the guy arrived I found the key. He turned up on time and as arranged. I paid half the call out charge which I thought was very fair from him given I had wasted his time. Helpful, professional and reasonable.

My flatmate and I were in a very stressful situation as we were locked at of one of our rooms. I called Islington locksmiths with the hope of a quick solution but what we got in return was so much better than that. Despite being on his day off and it being 10pm, the locksmith was willing to take our videocall and explain to us how to undo the doorknob with precise and simple instructions. He went through the process step by step and even showed us the right tools to use. The procedure was a success and in no time we had reopened the door. Beyond merely helping us to open the door, the locksmith then provided us with a useful tip to prevent the same situation from occurring again. Honestly haven't had such kind and professional customer service like this in a while. I would recommend Islington locksmith not just for their technique but for their generosity and kindness of heart.
