JW locks were brilliant. Really knowledgable and gave lots of advice for free to try to help me fix the lock myself. When we couldn't fix it over the phone he arrived in 30 minutes to sort the problem. Would highly recommend.

Website was easy to navigate and message Jack directly to attend to a security door issue. He was very responsive and set expectations clearly on when he could attend and was able to look at photos first so he knew before arrival that he would be able to assist. His repair was quick, clean, and very good value for money (if I had waited to go through property manager, this would have taken weeks and much higher cost). He takes you through all of the relevant options weighing up pros and cons. When doing the work he keeps an eye for additional issues that need resolving. Very efficient service - I would recommend.

Fantastic quick service. Last minute call out to replace locks on a new property. After calling on a Friday evening with details of the job, Jack went and collected materials from suppliers himself (rather than ordering in a waiting a few days) and was at the property and completed the job by 1pm the next day. Flawless service, decent price, nice guy. Couldn't ask for more! Jack came over to fit a lock on a cupboard door for me today, he was very clear in explaining the options (3 pins vs 5 pins, etc.) and flexible about when to come (I kept having to change the time). Jack visited my house after a so called locksmith left over £1000 damages to my property because he had no idea what he was doing, there was a massive hole left on the door with broken lock. Jack managed to fix it and he went out of his way to make sure we were secure enough until he came back and fixed all the damages the other so called locksmith had done.
