Excellent value, professional and super friendly. Today I got such great value on the battery of my watch. After being quoted between £80-£135 to replace my watch battery at Timpson and other places, Levon was able to change mine at a fraction of the cost! £15! Wow. Very happy with their service!

Support small businesses like these. Levon's is family run vibes. I called in and they picked up the phone instantly and said they'd be able to help me same day. Fixed my watch within 15 mins and charged only £10. They're also really lovely people. 5* :)

The best. Went here today thinking my watch battery had died and to request a new battery be fitted - the repairer in the shop took a look at the watch and pointed out I'd inadvertently pulled out the winder and that's why my watch had stopped. He cheerfully reset time for me and no purchase was needed. Very decent and I'll definitely return when I do need a battery and will be recommending to anyone who needs a repair.

Went to the shop for a new leather strap. The owner showed me different options and the prices were decent. He has ran this place and fixed watches for 40 years. It was lovely to talk to him about watches and have him check my old mechanical watch. According to our chat, he typically charges £35-45 for glass change and £200 for full service.

I've never before been moved to write a review on Google. Like many others have written, I was astounded with the professionalism, kindness, and clear expertise of the owner. He set aside the Cartier watch he had completely taken apart to replace the battery of my cheaper watch on the spot. And with a batter he said would last much longer than its initial one. He charged only ten quid and I was out of there in less than ten minutes. Amazing and expert service that deserves to be supported.

Just been there today to get my watch bracelet smaller as it was way to big for my hand and i wasn’t able to wearing. The gentleman who I’ve had the pleasure do it was very very friendly and he offered to do it straight away and faced me great advice and was extremely helpful. I give five start considering it outstanding customer service. Please if you need a repair or any changes to your watches I strongly recommend this shop. On a side note, it was cheap too! Went in to replace a strap on one watch and re-attach the number '2' from the face of another. The strap was replaced there and then, keeping the original clasp as requested. Returned the next day to collect the other watch to discover he had secured ALL numbers on the watch face free of charge. Excellent service at an extremely reasonable price. Would definitely return there if needed and recommend to friends & family. Very happy.

Went to get a replacement for my watch battery. Clearly these guys are experts! One of the chronograph hands had also been broken for years, something my local Timpson flat out refused to repair as under their own administration, they were weren't skilled enough. These guys had it repaired and working on the same day. Highly recommended.

Good old fashion excellent customer service. Walked in to get my handbag strap adjusted with extra holes in the straps. The kind of tiny job that annoys most shops. But not here! It took less than 5 mins, was done professionally, accurately and with a smile. Nice work! I have also had keys cut here in the past, perfect work, very good value.

Very kind gentleman replaced my watch battery instantly while I could wait there (in one of the two chairs provided). They offer very good value for money (10 GBP for watch battery replacement), would definitely recommend!

A watch mechanic with skills that are hard to find in 2019, the workshop seems to contain absolutely everything possibly connected to watches and clocks. I was very glad to have the cracked glass in my watch replaced in 20 minutes. Thank you Levon!

Very good service and I was happy with the Rolex that he repaired as he removed some chains and replaced the glass face that only one other place would fix and for triple the price. He also made copies of my new key which fit perfectly with no struggle.

My watch battery was changed in 5 minutes at very low cost (he charges £8, but since the service was so good I let him keep the change from a £10). He also does Rolexes, Cartiers, Longines, and other high-quality brands so only stocks the highest quality batteries. I'm informed that my new battery will last longer than the original one (which has lasted 5 years).

Good customer services and really quick repair. I went there in the early afternoon and they fixed it before the shop closed on the same day. I asked to fix a cover of my watch which came off and the clock hands. The hands bent and were stuck which made the watch not working. They fixed both and my watch working properly now. They are very helpful because I need it urgently!

Levon is a true Horloger, and passionate about his work. He replaced the glass in my 1970’s watch - a rare curve glass face - within a day, because he had the glass in stock. All for a very reasonable price. Will definitely continue to service my watches with him.
