The chap helped us out with a seized door - I rang up and had the answer straight away with suggestions on how to fix it. I took his advice and we have a working door again! It would have been very easy to charge a callout fee but the fact he knew the solution straight away meant we got it sorted. A lifesaver and a lovely bloke.
