I cannot emphasises how fantastic the service provided by Rich was. I had to get my locks fixed while I was abroad and Richard was responsive, coordinated with my housemate and provided me with a specific booking slot and regular updates. He fixed the lock quickly and professionally. My door was also sticking so he kindly sanded down the door (which he didn’t need to do) so it no longer stuck. I hope I don’t need my locks fixed anytime soon(!), but if I do I will definitely be calling Richard.
