I had a commercial call out and called due to the positive reviews. Admittedly I had to wait a while but the locksmith called and texted to keep me updated on his whereabouts. On arrival Stefan was courteous and professional. He did a great job repairing a broken lock and making our premises secure. Thanks to Swifts and Stefan for a great job done! Rating changed, I’ve had to ask 3 times for an invoice and have still not received one. Not good.

These guys, they all deserve medals I thought I was in trouble when I locked myself out of my apartment building and my flat too, obviously I couldn’t break the lock of the apartment building to get in because several hundred other people use this door on a daily basis and it would be a struggle to get them all a key in the same day not to mention cost me an absolute fortune. They were brutally honest with me and said don’t expect anything from us coming out because we’d probably have to break the lock to get in the building (modest) then on arrival they managed to use a plank of wood through the letterbox to open the external apartment building door, and of course at that point I was happy to let them break my lock to get me in my house, didn’t rush me into making a decision and always told me the pros and cons of something before they did it, a very open and honest service, everybody in London should use London Locksmiths when they need help getting back into your house, very speedy and very well run business.

Thanks for doing a grand job that really helped me out. It's been a pleasure It was 3am in Mayfair and the keys had been taken from the door after my partner left them on view. I phoned these chaps and they came out in a jiffy. 33 minutes to be precise. All of the locks were changed in 30 minutes which was an absolute relief. The level of service at that time of day was quite impressive so top marks.

I was very nasty to the contractor who came to repair my door whilst I was away. I didn't realize but he actually secured the door. I thought I was being hustled, even upon the return to my home and discovery, after apologizing, Theo (the contractor) was very humble.
