I phoned Bluebell Locksmiths because my uPVC back door has ceased shut, the handle was not operating the mechanism. Lewis explained what the likely issue was and warned me of the likely cost if the door wasn't easy to open. He offered to come the same day but that wasn't convenient for me so he agreed to come the next morning. He arrived on time and managed to open the door easily (he didn't charge me because the door was easy to open) and he diagnosed that the multipoint locking gearbox mechanism was broken and told me the cost before he started which I accepted. Thankfully he had the part on his van so he replaced it straight away, I was just charged for the supply and fitting of the new mechanism. I was very happy with the service and will use Bluebell again if I ever need a locksmith in future.
