Called late morning as key had snapped off in lock, John was around very quickly, my key was out in about 10 minutes of John being there. Very professional, knowledgeable and stuck around to make sure the job was done. Would definitely recommend, a lot cheaper than expected as well which was a bonus. Will be using again if needed…

Our patio door would not lock after being reinstalled by a double glazing company who had tried to repair it but failed. We contacted Maidstone Locksmiths he came the same day at the appointed time and repaired the lock for a very reasonable price I have given the repair two week to see if it is still working correctly and it is as good as new. Would have no hesitation in contacting them again if any of our locks failed or we should need a emergency repair. Very polite and professional

I have a real issue with tradesman, sorry guys, but these days I dread asking someone round as there are so many tradesman that give you a price that is totally ridiculous and greedy, not the case in this instance, brilliant service and very reasonably priced, completely trust worthy, he even did a couple of alterations that he noticed at no extra cost. First genuine person I have come across in a long time. Very refreshing.

Exceptional. My elderly Mum locked herself out. John from Maidstone Locksmiths arrived in 30 minutes, did the job, and charged about half the price I'd have expected. A lesser person might have taken advantage of the situation. Absolutely outstanding, honest, competent guy :)

Excellent service! I was locked in when our front door lock broke. John was able to come out that morning, remove the broken parts of the lock and replace with new parts. I do not normally get excited by Locksmiths and it is the kind of thing you really don't want to spend money on. When my key snapped in my patio door I feared the worst. However this guy was amazing. He arrived within a few hours of me phoning him and offered me a couple of slots at my convenience . He was polite and helpful throughout my dealings with him and insisted on helping me with a couple of extra tasks such as the alignment of my patio doors. He kept to the price he had quoted despite the few extra bits he carried out. Exceptional service in every sense of the word. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, very friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable. The bottom deadbolt snapped on my front door late on a Sunday afternoon. I rang Maidstone locksmiths to see if they could help. John came round within 10 minutes and had me in my house in a few minutes. He was able to put a temporary lock on the door and ordered the parts required to fix it completely. He arranged to come back two days later. He also fit a new barrel and new door handle as well as realigning the door so it didn’t catch on the bottom as it was doing previously. He done all that for an extremely competitive price. I cannot recommend John enough.
