S. E.The lock on my door needed changing, but it wasn't an emergency, so I called him to schedule an appointment. That same day, he showed up and advised us on the best locks for our needs, and they weren't the most expensive ones too. He changed my locks quickly and I felt very safe with him doing it. Definitely worth a try.

F.With the initial lock he was called out to fix being improperly fitted, he had his job cut out for him, but he was patient, nice, and helpful, and he went above and above to repair it and leave the lock and door in good working condition. The price was quite affordable, especially considering he was here for almost an hour, and it was far less than we anticipated.
