Called for help with lock, Aaron arrived within 25 minutes and fixed the problem in no time at all. Also helped align front door out of the goodness of his heart. Can not recommend enough, punctual, friendly, professional and a genuine tradesman. Perfect job 10/10 thank you.

Very happy with the service from Tatlocks. Aaron was able to quickly install upgraded locks and a new door handle after an attempted break in the day before. Despite the door parts being discontinued Aaron persisted to source suitable replacements from his suppliers, saving me the cost of a new front door! Our house got broken into early hours of the morning we rang tatslock early on and he was here within a couple of hours as we said it wasn't a emergency as we were at home, he came round offered good advice and went and got the materials and was back and fitted within the hour. Very rude. Explained i work away but my daughter would meet him at my property. Told him he could call me once job complete to take payment. He explained he preferred bank transfer. I asked him to text me the details. He agreed. However, he did not. Instead sent me rude texts chasing payment. It took 4 rude texts before he provided me with the appropriate details so I could make said transfer.

The last thing I needed was my door lock to give up. I struggled to get the UPVC door locked and then it became an issue unlocking it. The latch just was not lifting at all. So now not only did I have an inconvenience, but also a fire risk if I needed to get my family out safely. Tatlocks arrived quickly, and the issue was found within 10 minutes. I needed a new strip lock, and there was a supply just down the road in Denton. The issue found, and job done. The door was even aligned better than before. No more lock catching. I am so happy with the advice, level of service and quality of work. I will definitely recommend!
