C. V.I can thoroughly recommend Abracadabra A1 Locksmiths for anything to do with various types of lock or locking systems, patio doors and most other situations you can think of when you’ve tried to fix it yourself.
We’ve used Jason before to carry out repairs and maintenance, but unlike the other occasions, this one was an early evening emergency. Our heavy (engineered timber) patio door had dropped on its hinges. The original manufacturing installers had come out in July to fix the same problem and charged us a small fortune as the door and frame were out of warranty but this time they were not even returning my call. After waiting a reasonable amount of time for their response I realised they must have all gone home so I called Abracadabra on the off chance that Jason might have a solution. Although Jason had finished for the evening he arrived in no time at all, had a look at the problem and set about sorting it without any hassle. All the while he was explaining what had gone wrong together with suggestions of additional items of maintenance that I should look at.
I have every faith in the work that Jason has done and have to say that the operation of the door is now better than when the door and its bespoke frame were first installed. All of this was for considerably less than the original manufacturing installer had charged me in July for a fix that didn’t work.
