The company did respond quickly and repaired 2 faulty double glazed windows BUT after I texted and asked for an invoice it took almost 10 weeks to finally get an invoice at what I thought was an overpriced amount. My advice would be to get an estimate of the cost and get no nasty surprises.Also the companies bank account does not work very well at all and I ended up paying cash

We had 2 upvc doors, 1 front door and BiFolding doors to the back and both of the locking mechanisms were causing problems. Alan came out and fixed them both in a timely manner. We are really happy with his efficiency and the work he did. We now have two fully working locking mechanisms which makes it much easier for getting in and out of the house. Will definitely use him again.
