I recently purchase a used car and the key fob was held together with tape and no spare, I looked around online and came across this company, filled in my details and was contacted the next morning as it was not an emergency, the staff where friendly and knowledgeable, I arrange to call into the shop on the weekend (Saturdays 9am/1pm incase you need to know) on arrival to the shop I was greeted and asked what I was there to enquire about. I explained the situation and he got straight to work giving me the cost, time and explanation to what he was about to do. 30 minutes later I have a completely refurbished (like new) working fob key and a standard mechanical spare key at an extremely competitive price. What a great service these lads offer and it’s always good to support local businesses 👍 will defiantly use again in the future

Have used Matt and the other guy who works in his shop there customer service is impeccable Had time to explain everything came out to our workplace to take a look at a problem we were having with the van and imoboliser. he booked us in the very next morning and problem resolved. Fantastic & professional service! We lost our car key and urgently needed a replacement. I left a message via the website asking for someone to contact me and received a call within the hour to arrange for someone to come out and help us. Both keys refused to turn in ignition barrel suddenly with no prior warning on our work van which is in daily use. Had to call out Green Flag to recover vehicle to home address. Called Matt who came out the next morning and managed to free the ignition - just dirt in barrel. Thought we might have needed a new ignition barrel and keys, but Matt said no need. Really genuine guy who turned up earlier than promised and didn't try to upsell. Got our business out of a hole and highly recommended!

Matt agreed to fix a car key for me for a very good price compared to what some other places were charging online - one button on my remote wasn’t working but everything else was, so I figured it was a dodgy button that needed replaced. Had this problem before but it fixed itself so I ignored it. Before I went to him, he advised me to change the battery, which surprised me as I was convinced it was a physical button problem I had. It fixed the problem immediately. Very grateful for him saving me a trip and not billing me for work that was not required. Would highly recommend this guy!!

Life Saver!! This very clever gentleman sorted me out 2 brand new vauxhall vivaro keys for my 10 year old van of which my old keys were broken.
