Came out within an hour and sorted out our problem lock. Excellent service.

Had a problem with a door latch not working so couldn't open the door. Rang and Mike was with me 30 minutes after the call. Opened door, removed lock and repaired. Re-fitted and tested. If the problem occurs again he offered to return and replace the mechanism for cost. Great job, friendly and skilled technician who is interested in solving the problem NOT trying top get as much money out of you as possible. Have no hesitation in recommending.
