Rapid response from Andy, was with us with half an hour of phoning him. Diagnosed the issue with our door locking mechanism quickly and set about repairing & replacing. Excellent service all round, particularly the customer service. And very good value for money, would definitely recommend. Professional, polite and friendly.

Andy responded to a short notice request to replace our front door and two garage locks due to us moving into our new home. Recognising we wanted a prompt service, Andy kindly arranged for a Saturday visit - the day after we moved - and arrived on time. We appreciated the additional advice Andy provided on the lock mechanisms and the grades of locks available. We’re planning a new front door imminently and Andy was honest about a quality lock replacement choice, but not the best on the market, for the sake of a months usage. Furthermore, some sound advice and added value was provided in relation to our garage door mechanisms. Overall, a highly competent, friendly and professional service at a competitive price. Would highly recommend.

We called Andy at 6pm on a Friday evening, having found his number on Facebook and his response was simply, "give me 20 minutes!" He was brilliant! My husband had tried to fix our door lock himself and pretty much destroyed it. Andy didn't judge, he just took everything apart and gently put it back together again. He installed a new barrel and now we have a door that locks! I now have his number on speed dial and will be handing it out to everyone who ever needs a locksmith. I have recently had great service from Andy at Roper's Locksmith's. I was locked out of my shop after the key snapped off in the lock. I rang Andy in a panic at 8.45am and he was with me in 10 mins and had the door open in a flash. What a lifesaver! Panic Over! He then replaced the lock and fitted a new set of handles which had been playing up. He also remedied a problem I had been having with another door not locking properly. All in all a great service, and very reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend.
