Paul and Mike helped to fix our uPVC door lock. Really quick and efficient. I rang on Saturday morning and they were there in no time. Paul explained what had happened and how to prevent it happening in the future. Thoroughly recommend them!

Brilliant service by Paul- he arrived on time, was friendly and helpful and was very detailed in explaining how the locks worked. He also wore PPE and socially distanced which was very good to see. He cleaned the lock mechanism thoroughly as well as changing the locks and was very generous with his time. Really happy and would not hesitate to recommend, thank you.

Have used Paul and Baldwin Locksmith's LTD on quite a few occasions and I can't recommend him enough. His service is second to none and very professional. I've had everything from my car key de-coded to just having my personal keys cut and been it's been A1 service every time.

After my 3yo lost my car keys somehow, these guys were with me the morning of the next day, on time, polite and very efficient. Despite having a little trouble with the car as the lock had corroded slightly, they persevered and didn't charge any extra or even seem to take too long. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I ever do need a locksmith again, I'll definitely use these guys 👌

I called these guys out back in April when my lock broke due to a previous locksmith using cheap parts. They explained why the lock installed previously was a security risk and showed me the new parts, which were BSA marked (the previous ones weren't), they were also cheaper than the other locksmith. Today they came back out as the lock broke but as their work is guaranteed that wasn't a problem. The work was fixed within ten minutes, free of charge as it was under warranty, and the original receipt updated. I would recommend Baldwin's to anyone in the area and will definitely use again if the need arises.
