My front door lock failed and locked me out. Sergio was prompt and looked at the options to get me back into my house without damaging my front door and frame. Exceptionally professional. Fitted a replacement lock on the Jubilee Bank Holiday. Thanks for getting me out of a pickle and ensuring everything was secured properly.

Needed help to get the into our house on a late Sunday afternoon around 5pm. They were quick, about 20-30min and had the door open and lock replaced in about 10min. Friendly staff, quick service. Couldn’t have asked for more at such a awkward time on a Sunday. Thank you very much and we will be using you again if we need to.

Fast an efficient even though the price quoted via online chat was £40 less than the final charged price. Overall though a quick and easy process. Booked via online chat came within the hour time slot that I booked. Stated the different locks available for the job and within minutes the old lock was removed, door back open and new lock fitted and tested. Also was able to pay via card and had invoice sent via email. Definitely recommend!

I was locked out of my house after leaving a key in the inside of the lock. They came out within an hour of me calling and after attempting to open the door without causing any damage it was decided they did need to drill out the lock. This was done quickly and professionally and they then replaced the lock with a new one straightaway. Fantastic service, professional and friendly.

Never used a locksmith before so nothing to compare with . However they were there within 20 minutes and completed the job quickly and well and very polite . Was a little taken aback with the cost overall but then as I said nothing to compare against so can't really comment fairly. I usually do these kind if jobs myself but as we are in lockdown state and it was quite urgent for my daughter's place it needed doing and an pleased with the work
