O. C.Paul West came out and secured my partners grandma and grandads house, he did a brilliant job at midnight on a Saturday night, no complaints or anything despite the fact that it took about an hour for him to get here. Whatever you are paying him, it isn't enough. Legend!!!

D. B.Excellent service when I recently had a new garage door fitted. I was kept advised at all times as to the what was happening by friendly, helpful staff. A fitter came to assess the job and was punctual and able to knowledgeable. The garage door was then fitted by the same fitter who did a good job quickly and efficiently, took away the old door and tidied up after himself. Extremely pleased with all aspects of service
v.A Good service, they replaced a door damaged in a burglary, their office pursued me to ensure that every thing was kept moving forward. Their Explanation of the process was patient and very helpful. They seem a very professional organisation. The installation was done well and seems of a good standard. I only withhold five stars as the work was fairly straightforward and I can't really say whether they are excellent.. they may be.
l. g.I was really impressed with this company, they visited me on the same day that I made the initial telephone call as part of an insurance claim for damaged window locks. They could fix one of my locks immediately but had to order a brand new locking system for one of the bedroom windows. They returned within a couple of days to complete the work. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. They took extra care as I had just had a new carpet fitted and there was not one bit of dust! Would highly recommend, thank you guys.

However took more than 2 months for the final fix. Staff made several U-turns midway. First promised complete new UPVC frame, then switched back to glass only. Promised reimbursement for spare keys for locks, declined when bill was sent. Only if communicated fairly & upfront rather than false promises.
