Well what can I say! Fantastic service and finally we can drive out car again. I made the silly mistake of losing a key transponder for our car and we of course only had one key. I got in touch and within minutes I had a quote for 2 keys and reprogrammed remotes, booked the appointment and we were away. Emailed for a competitive quote (against main agent) after my key snapped whilst I was away.. Not only was the price 60% less , the company arranged to come to my home. As it turned out the engineer called me this afternoon (4 days early) as he was able to do the work before the programmed date.. When he arrived he saw that he was able to transfer the electronics to a new key reducing the charge to £50. Great work Glen and a saving of £230 for me. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service that saved me a lot of money. After buying a car that only had one (non-remote) key provided. I contacted the local dealer to get a price for a new key. Looking for affordable alternatives I found 3D Autokeys via google. After email discussions with their team, I realised I could get 2 remote keys for my car, and a spare remote key for my van, all for a similar price quoted by the dealership for a single key. I booked them in for later the same week. On the day, Lee (the locksmith) called me letting me know he'd be with me in 20 minutes. Lee arrived at my house as promised and did a great job of getting my new keys all working in around 40 minutes. The keys were high quality flip key remotes. They were brilliant. I locked my key in the car on the drive and even though I said there was no rush they had a locksmith near the area so they were there within an hour or so. Glen did a brilliant job of opening the door and I got another key cut right there too from his cool van. Where do I even begin... After 12 hours of trying to receive my keys that were locked inside my car, much damage done and still no keys, I was recommended by a couple of friends to use this company. I rang them at 4pm on 16-03-21 and they came the next day 17-03-21. It took Glen all of 5 minutes to get into the car, all covid regulations were met and he was very polite. I cannot recommend this service enough and will use them again if I need to in the future. I would also like to mention that the lovely woman who works in the office was also amazing too and made me laugh from start to finish as she knew I'd had an awful day. Absolutely fantastic. Had an issue with my immobilizer, called the RAC out and the mechanic recommended 3d autokeys. I got a quote on the phone for the repair only, for £190 which I was happy with to be able to get access to my vehicle again. I was interested in getting a secondary key as backup and was quoted an additional fee. 3d auto keys turned up to my house approx an hour after the call (amazing!) And got the job done within 15-20 minutes. They even gave me an extra key for no extra charge! Very rare this kind of thing happens, hense why I'm leaving this review. Absolutely fantastic service, I would recommend 3D auto keys. I spoke to Rachael on the phone, she was very helpful, friendly and she talked me through all the available options for a new set of keys for my car. They were able to book me in the next day, which was very convenient as I have to use my car for work. This is a superb service. I lost my spare car key and contacted the dealer, Kia, for a quote; they wanted to charge me £571! I contacted 3D Autokeys in Nottingham and the lovely woman I spoke to on the phone arranged everything, quoted £340 (over £200 cheaper than the dealer's quote) for the identical Kia key. I paid over the phone, and just over a week later Glen came to my workplace and programmed a new key for me, which matches the original. Absolutely brilliant service, I highly recommend this company!

Not only was 3D Autokeys the only auto locksmith that I called that was willing to come out same day, they were also based around an hour away from where the car was located. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very professional and ensured that I was who I said I was, before sending out the locksmith. When the locksmith arrived about an hour later, he clearly explained the procedure to me before proceeding, continuing the professional experience I had experienced. The car was parked on a busy road which inherently makes the job of an auto locksmith more difficult and dangerous, not once did the locksmith complain to myself about this or a number of issues that arose during the process. The entire process did take around an hour longer than the estimate I was given but this can in no way be attributed to the fault of the locksmith and was instead a complication with the model of car I own being confusing in terms of what key is required. Glen (the locksmith) explained what caused these delays clearly, making it easy to understand. In fact despite the process being more difficult, taking longer and ultimately requiring a more expensive model of key fob, 3D Autokeys honoured the quote they gave me over the phone. In short 3D Autokeys made this bad situation I was having with not being able to get home, missing work days etc. much more bearable, and were extremely professional, honoured their quote despite the job being more difficult and coming out same day. A massive thank you and recommendation to Glen and 3D Autokeys as a whole.

I spoke on the phone with a lady from 3D auto repairs about a key fix and spare. She was lovely and helpful and when I got there somebody started work straight away. Lots of customers came all at once for the last hour. I could see they were working hard to get the work done before the end of day, but they kept their cool. Hats of the the lady on reception who juggled all the customers and information and then gentleman that fixed my keys!

Recently bought a used car which came with only one key-fob. As car is Keyless ignition and remote locking too risky to depend on one key. Got several quotes and 3D Autokeys was the best. Excellent service - Glen phoned to inform of his e.t.a. and was punctual. The car presented a number of technical challenges which Glen patiently worked through. Having lost my spare remote key fob and ignition key I ordered a new one. It was delivered at the arranged time. After six months I was having problems with it. The same day a replacement arrived at my house and is so far working as it should. I would recommend this company 100%.

Affordable, fast & friendly. What's not to love? I got these guys to pop out and supply me with a second key for my Smart Brabus Roadster. They came to where I worked at a time that worked for me, got the job done and a new key programmed, cut and supplied in 20 minutes. To put this in perspective Mercedes would have charged me nearly 3 times this amount for the same work AND I would have had to take it to their garage. 3D Autokeys are brilliant, my engineer was a chap called Connor, he's a star.

To cut a long story short......stranded in Scotland with no keys, Toyota main dealer wanted £2300 to replace a long list of parts, (only way to fix !?! ). None of the local auto locksmiths (within 100 miles) said they could help so transported home on a trailer. Internet search from home gave me an outfit in Grimsby who didn't turn up 2 days running. A friend in the trade pointed me to 3D Autokeys. Confident, pleasant customer service, kept me informed, turned up on time, no drama, £250 happily spent. Try them first!

Efficient enough service. Polite and friendly operative. They've got all the kit , can't imagine there's many jobs they can't complete. Couldn't sort my X5 though. Several methods didn't work and the guy was good enough to explain that the last resort method may put the car in lockdown for 6 hours so We decided to leave it at that Ended up going to BMW - I would use them again though it I didn't have this tank. Peugeot 207CC on 08 plate with one plip key performing very erratically so I changed the battery as per hand book - no change. However as I had a spare key no panic. Option 1) Phoned my local dealership for a quote. Response £200 key and £50 service charge plus they would need the car 12 miles away for 08:30 with no guaranteed end time - day wasted on a personal level hanging about. Option 2) Googled Plip Key replacement and found 3DAutokeys and visited the site. Phoned the Nottingham number 31/5/2017 in the afternoon: was given an estimate of £130 and on agreement an appointment for the morning of 01/06/2017. Outcome: Received a phone call around 08:45 01/06/2017 from the 3D locksmith to tell me he should be at my home address in 45 minutes and by 09:20 he was working on the vehicle. Within the hour Conor and Glen (yes I got a Buy One Locksmith's skills get another one's free.) had checked the systems on the car and it's immobiliser systems: created the plip key required: tested the new key and the "working" existing key: returned the original faulty key (could be still used to "manually" open and start the car if the need ever arose) and very pleasantly aasked for and accepted a card payment for the quoted £130 and I had not lost any time from my day. What can I say other than my Option 1 should not be your option (Unless like me you don't mind gloating over the fact that you've just saved yourself from spending a further £120 by using that "in our time at £50 an hour dealership) And by the way dealership was £200 per key, £400 for 2 + service charge. 3D in my case £250 for 2 no service charge. Only option in my experienced opinion is 3DAutokeys - if you're fortunate enough to live within their catchment area. Can`t beleive how quickly 3d responded to my telephone enquiry about cost of a key card for my renault megane. After phoning renault dealership and being told that it would take up to two weeks for key to come from renault in france and then we would have to leave car with them for a day to be coded, i called 3d midday on a saturday and they not only told me they would be able to supply the card and code it to my car but they would be able to do it in three days time. The icing on the cake is that 3d are considerably cheaper than the main dealerships. The locksmith (LEE) was smart, curtious and polite . It took him about 15 minutes to code the key.
