Received excellent service from Bryan to change a very tired external door lock. Bryan responded promptly to my initial query and undertook my non-emergency work the following day. Communication was excellent throughout, especially helping to offer and explain the range of options and prices available to me. I now have a shiny new future-proofed door handle with the bonus of three spare keys. I’d certainly use Bryan again and would recommend him to others looking for a professional and reliable locksmith.

What can I say? I asked Bryan for help after my lost my keys and had retraced my steps like 5 times. He was quick to respond over the phone and even quicker to get to me (he was on his way to another job but kindly told the next client about my predicament and they let him come to me first! Thank you!) He was kind, my dog loved him (and that’s always a good sign) and he was quick. From calling Bryan to getting back into my house - 45 minutes on the dot. I initially thought I was going to cancel my whole day but nope - was back on track with little fuss, a new lock and new keys. He’s also got serious drills, and he’s never come across a door he cannot unlock yet - which was greatly reassuring. Truly cannot thank him enough. Exceptional service - our patio doors have been out of alignment and almost impossible to lock for a few years now. The lock then completely disintegrated one morning, and the handle fell off. I called Bryan at midday, he came over later that afternoon, fitted a new ( Better) lock and handles and re aligned the patio doors. They open, close and lock like a dream now. Bryan clearly explained throughout the process what the costs and options were and was meticulous in his workmanship. Highly recommmend.

I called Bryan out of hours last night and after a very knowledgable conversation about the likely issue he was here within 30 mins. The lock was replaced with a genuine part that he had on his van and the UPVC door was adjusted to ensure all of the parts were in alignment. It now works better than when it was first fitted. The personal service that this man gives is a Gold star service. I was fortunate enough to choose this company to help out with a failed lock situation last week. I chose this locksmith based on Bryan’s 30 year experience credentials mentioned in his first ad about his business. Had Bryan round this morning to re-align my front door, which had become incredibly difficult to lock over the last few years. If I hadn't seen him do it I would believe he simply replaced the door! It's better than new. Also had new a lock which is considerably more secure than my previous. one. 6th October 2021. Called this business and left a voice message. Bryan called me back just 5 minutes later. I explained my problem with my main door lock and Bryan called in just 15 minutes later. Phoned Bryan when a PVC door had been very difficult to lock. Bryan came to look at this on the same day we phoned. Nothing too much trouble, very Covid aware and courteous. Bryan made the door safe and ordered parts returning the following day to fit new lock and fix the problem and improve and update the security of other doors.
