Unlocked the door, replaced the lock with a temporary security fix, ordered the specific part (no fitting generic 'it'll do' parts), then came back to fit the part on a second visiting, honouring the price he quoted. We could not be happier, dealing with a tradesman who was truthful and provided top quality workmanship. Will always use Fittlocks from now on. Highly recommended.
