Our front door lock broke, which meant we could not leave the house unattended. I messaged Kevin at LockFit as I already knew him and trusted him to get it sorted for me. We had to call Sam out on two occasions due to separate issues with our front door, both times he was incredibly responsive, friendly and put as at ease. He was quick to come out to look at the issue given both times were late on a Friday and Monday, unlike other locksmith services Sam has been very professional and fair and managed to solve the problem, we would 100% recommend this service and hopefully we won’t need to use him again, but wouldn’t go anywhere else in the area.

I telephoned an emergency locksmith late at night on 5/1/2022 Anth from Locksmith came out to have a look at the problem but given the time being so late was unable to obtain the materials needed however he assured me that he would be bk the next day to get it fixed and true to his word he was here just after 9am to fix the broken garage door lock , he done an outstanding job he even fixed my snug room pvc door .Anth is Very professional & a polite gentleman who carried out this job to the highest standards thank you lockfit for saving my very stressful evening . Just had the pleasure of Dave and Tony visit us and fix a sliding conservatory door. Dave came yesterday, spent three hours assessing with no cost. Came back today with Tony and stayed again for another 4 hours but got the job done It was so easy for them to suggest a more expensive alternative solution but they were decent honest hard working blokes that took pride in their work. I had locked myself out with the keys left on the inside of the door. After a bad experience of a previous locksmith over charging me, I found Dave located in the Hemel area, working for lockfit, after a couple google searches and Could not fault at all. He Went above and beyond, quoted me a price and stuck with it, even offering the services of another company so I wouldn’t wait out in the cold as it was snowing and he was far away and Called to let me know he was on his way while he was stuck in traffic. When he Arrived he wore a face mask, kept his distance and was extremely patient with the cold and the difficult locks. Professional and friendly in every way. Highly recommended!!
