Colin was fantastic! We all worry that when dealing with an emergency that the price is going to be astronomical and the service poor. Clearly these are not qualities Colin wants to be associated with. Excellent service with transparent, competitive and fair pricing. Called out on the weekend for a jammed key in lock. Quick response and fix. Turns out there was also a faulty gear box which he came back and replaced for free after I called about the issue! More knowledgeable about the issue than the person sent by the letting agency.

Called out at 7:30 in the morning to help with a wrong key stuck in my front door. The locksmith arrived 25 minutes later, and the problem was solved, and a new barrel fitted within 20 minutes of his arrival. Very impressed with the service.

We started the evening with a door that wouldn't lock, an hour and a bit later we had a door & lock that works better than it ever has done before. Quick to respond and come out, friendly, clearly explains what he is going to do. Went the extra mile to make it excellent. All this for what I consider a very reasonable call out charge. Very good, friendly and professional service, fully recommended!! The main lock suddenly stopped working so I could not open the doors at all.
