The locksmith came out within an hour at 8pm and fixed my front door lock. Thoroughly professional, no mess and good value. Replaced the lock, like for like, and checked the operation in 40 minutes. Would highly recommend.

After losing our keys on a walk we called and rob was very quick to get to us. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. We were in safe hands to get back in to the house Hopefully we dont lock ourselves out again but would definitely recommend lockshop if anyone gets stuck

Rob came to resolve a lock issue on our front door which had resulted in the key being stuck in the lock on the outside. He was called out by the lock manufacturer to sort it out. I got a phone call in the morning from Rob with a time of arrival and a plan of action for the work. Rob arrived 45 minutes early, resolved the issue and replaced the lock barrel for good measure and 30 minutes after we had a fully functioning front door again. Rob was polite, honest and straight talking with no hesitation in telling things as they were. At no point were we made to feel as though we had done anything wrong or been stupid. A thoroughly great fellow who provides an exceptional personal service. If you are looking for a straight talking, honest, quick and efficient service. do not hesitate to go and visit The Lock Shop or call for Rob. You will not be disappointed. Just make sure you keep him running with a strong cup of coffee that has only been shown the milk!

We had a break in at our home in Cottenham Cambridge, and on calling Rob he made it his focus to get to us as quickly as possible. Rob provided sound advise of lock systems and was quick to replace door locks with no mess. We also need to replace garage door locks as keys for our garage doors were also taken in the break. Rob ordered parts and returned promptly to complete works. A very professional lock smith service and a friendly person who was willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were 100% happy. Broke my patio door key in lock, called The Lock Shop for help, was advised that Rob was currently on another job but would come see me when finished. I changed my plans as I had a previous booking I had forgotten, called Rob to let him know, not a problem give me a call when you're back home. Called when I got home, no issues, Rob came round and sorted my lock out as soon as he could, through my own fault this was now early evening. Rob arrived as promised, smiley face, checked what I needed, quoted me a very reasonable price, did the job and even serviced the moving parts in the door for me, top notch service, if you need a locksmith, this is the guy you need.

We recently moved into our house and we wanted a review of our system whilst obtaining new alarm fobs and a new lock for the Garage Door with additional sensor. The advice we were given was excellent, we had the alarm set to our requirements we even get a phone call to our mobiles now if the alarm is triggered. The Engineer fitted a new sensor in the Garage and the lock barrel was changed 3 keys were supplied with this. Good to have excellent quality and also a friendly approach and speedy service, I would recommend this company.
