Absolutely brilliant. I presented the guys with a 23 year old car key which no one was sure if it had a transponder. I'd been quoted from £300 to £48 depending on who I talked to. With a bit of searching and head scratching, the lads made me a key which opened the doors and started the engine....for £10. Absolutely delighted. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

These guys are incredible 👏. Would recommend them anytime. They have great prices, probably 5 times lower than some others in Preston. I almost paid 35 pounds for two keys, they did it for only 5.50. They know what they are doing.

Called Collins to change door locks recently after tenants moved into property. Liam sorted the job within the hour, works completed & receipt received via email. Easy to deal with & surprised by the low cost 👍🏾

Got a couple of keys made from scratch for my antique display cabinet. The lock would not unscrew from the cabinet to take it in so they kindly came and unscrewed it. The next day they had made the 2 keys for it and came and fitted the lock back on the cabinet. Pricewise they got a good offer, as the keys cannot be obtained any more and had to be made and the timing was perfect so quick. I would recommend them.

Can not recommend this place enough. Saturday night, I had a call from my site where a tenant was locked out of their flat and couldn't get in - the door was a maglock and quite a tricky one to fix. The lads at Collins couldn't be more helpful and friendly considering their on call and listened to me in a panic at 11:30pm on a Saturday night. They got the tenants back in promptly and kept me up to date at every stage. Just got the bill through as well and very very reasonable for a Saturday night call out. THANK YOU COLLINS! You saved my bacon haha.

Excellent customer service. Missus snapped our only car key and these fellas managed to cut a new one out of the remaining parts. Also left my house keys at the shop accidentally and they opened up out of hours to give them to me. Will use again. Top blokes!

I was really impressed with these guys. My locking mechanism wouldn't work and they came out really quick. It was a tough job due to the door design but it was completed to a high standard and they came in much cheaper than some other companies I called. I would highly recommend. Thanks chaps!
