Had a lock issue where I had a snapped key inside, Matt came out to have a look at it. I was expecting the worse but he had a look at it and had the cylinder out and the snapped key out within minutes. Looked like it was fixed then found out it was a mechanism issue, he fixed that and even fixed the hinges on the door as the door wasn’t lining up correctly. Genuinely went above and beyond what he was called out for, will not be ringing anyone else in the future!

Highly recommend - Matt fitted a new door lock, advising on level of security offered by different locks. Arrived same day as my phonecall and was happy to talk through the job and advise on maintenance. Even adjusted the door to shut better. V friendly service.

What an absolute professional, honest and reliable guy Matt is. Called out on Sunday evening and made sure we had a door to lock. Came first thing the next day with a lock and mechanism to what I wanted and took him 15 mins to sort. What a fantastic guy Matt is! He is most definitely one of the best contractors I've ever come across (and I'm a Property Manager so I use lots of contractors!). We needed urgent assistance yesterday and many of our usual contractors were struggling to help. We called Matt and although we'd never dealt with him before he offered to help immediately and was on site straight away; the job was done within an hour and Matt really did go above and beyond. Had someone break into my house in the early hours. I called Matt and he gave me a very reasonable quote to come out straight away. He arrived within 15 minutes of me calling and made us feel safe instantly. Matt replaced our broken lock and added a couple of more. Used matt a few times . Very quick call out and has vast experience on changing locks and breaking locks to gain entry into commerical properties for landlords. Make sure you ring matt, as many other locksmiths do not know how to do the job charge you a fortune and will damage your door. He got into my steel door within an hour , which had 2 locks which are used in banks.
