Being new to the area and needing a locksmith I took to Google and located Lucy - I liked the fact that she was independant and had a good number of Google reviews that were all positive (with feedback too). I emailed her my issue. She replied in a timely manner, she was free to come out the next day and gave me a few time slots to suit. She also turned up on time. Lucy had no problem working out the issue with the door and sorted it straight away and gave me a few tips in case it reoccured. She also fitted a new handle etc to the bathroom door that had also failed the night before. Whilst this was a little more problematic it was 100% resolved and sorted before she left. I would happily recommend Lucy.

I used Lucy’s service for unlocking an internal bedroom door lock (5 lever mortice). She charged me £45 because I had pre-booked so I felt I had very good value for money.
