A brilliant no nonsense locksmith / key shop with very keen prices -( better than the internet and well known outlets ) with NO flannel about " security keys and patented keys " and therefore NO inflated prices. One complaint - unless you know the place, you could wander by and think its a vegetable shop as the outside stalls - hide clues / signs -as to what it does in that shop. The shop is brilliant - but not easy to spot - even on foot! .

That tall man working at the counter there is simply fantastic. Always friendly and professional, fixing everything by himself fast and at a good price. I have been using his service many times but never could get around to giving him a good review, so I'm catching up on it now.

Always go here to have my keys cut. It is so reasonably priced!! He does it so quickly less than 1 minute. Customer service always top quality. Very kind man running the shop and lovely to customers. Small local business i will always drive here to support.

Have only ever used this shop for watch repairs (including battery replacement and strap re-sizing) but i can safely say the service was amazing and the price was easily the best in all of Southampton. The manager/owner who runs the shop is very knowledgeable, friendly and always accommodating. My most recent visit was on a Saturday late morning and I needed a couple of links removed from a metal watch strap. He altered the strap whilst I waited and literally took 2 or 3 minutes. Wow. I live the other side of Southampton yet still make the journey to this shop for any of my watch (or key) needs. I would absolutely recommend this shop for key cutting / shoe repairs / watch and strap alterations and anything else that they advertise. If you want quality, honest work at an affordable price with excellent customer care and the experience to answer any questions and offer good advice, then definitely try here first. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

Needed a normal key cut, was greeted by a very friendly chap who took no time at all to cut it and charged a very reasonable price, much lower than a popular chain a few doors down, will definitely use again.

Super customer service. We called just before closing but he stayed open for us to get a key cut quickly. Friendly, quick, efficient and very good value.
