Had a problem with a key seized in a front door lock - rang Chris for help and his son Ed was able to be on site within 20 mins. 10 minutes later, all resolved. Highly recommend Quality Locksmiths. I called them in a panic when I couldn't open my door. He tried to sort it out on the phone for me first free of charge. But they came out real quick despite the unearthly time. Calmed my panic and got me into the house in no time. Very friendly and cheery and told me what was happening as he was working. Called Quality Locksmiths at 09.15. They were here in 30 mins. Door was jammed shut but the locksmith opened it in two mins and had the part in his van ready. Lock was working in perfect order in 25 mins. Very reasonable too. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Called Quality Locksmiths, Swansea, at 730pm, pleasent guy arrived in 20 min's, my key had snapped in patio lock, looked a tricky job but the guy sorted it out and also key aliked my other lock, so i had same keys for my patio doors all in 30 mins, brill,highly recommend Quality Locksmiths.
