Alan was really professional and was able to fit a new lock quickly, efficiently and affordably. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a trustworthy and reliable person who is experienced at what they do.

My front door lock was broken and Alan arrived (with a smile!) in about an hours time to fix it even though it was getting late in the day. He then gave very sensible advice about another lock and a quote, and arranged to install it today. He was really professional and knowledgeable so I'd definitely recommend.

Telephoned and spoke to Alan at Alpha and couldn't have been more pleased. By chance, he was in our area and arrived approximately twenty minutes later. We had been locked out of the house as the locking mechanism just kept turning. Alan changed the lock and adjusted the door alignment. Came to service and check a lock as it was giving a lot of trouble. Quick service and I appreciated it was same day. However, it felt expensive and afterwards I struggled to open the door still, so phoned in for some over-the-phone help, as nothing about the locks had actually been changed. The gentleman on the phone was quite rude, clearly he didn't like me calling and he suggested the problem was that I did not know how to use a lock. The service was expensive and the phone call left a bitter taste for me and has me wishing I had first tried WD-40 and called someone else. I will be using someone else in the future.

Called Alpha Locksmiths as front door was Jammed came 25 minutes later (very quick resonse) and resolved the gear Jamming problem and replaced the cylinder in 30 mins top Job very good value, as was quoted nearly double by another top recommended google search, if you need a locksmith ignore the review of the impatient bloke (a*****e)who needed a survey done, we had a genuine emergency locked out of our home and Alpha Locksmiths sorted it professionally.
