B.I recently moved house and wanted some keys cut as a spare set. I was in the town centre in Swindon and thought I would go to the Timpson store in the Brunel.
I was in a hurry so I thought that I may have to call back the next day, but it was no problem, Kris was very friendly, polite and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this store for an excellent service.

M. R.I had around 8 attempts over the last 6 years to make a key using different key making service providers and none of them worked.. I was about to give up when I thought I give it one last try whilst shopping in Brunel.
The gentleman working on 12.06.22 is an absolute LEGEND! Not only did he make me a key that worked, the customer service skill was at its BEST. THANK YOU.
The next day we had another key made and it also worked. We are over the moon. Recommend to everyone to get your things sorted at this branch whilst they have a priffessional like him.

B.Took my watch to get its battery changed and pointed out some damage and the lad working there said they were unable to fix it, however he’d take a look. 10 minutes later, I returned for it and he’d fixed it like new, no charge. Polite and efficient service from the bearded guy with glasses (didn’t catch his name)
