Fantastic service and more importantly a fantastic gentleman. We had an awful day losing our home and car keys while away in Devon, once we were recovered back to our home, Lee was waiting for us patiently and although he couldn’t get through our very secure front door he did manage to get us through our conservatory doors with minimal of fuss. ( this was done at 2am) Lee not only shown a fantastic level of professionalism but also a massive amount of empathy to our very draining situation and he surprised us with an amazing deal for the work done, even though it was in the middle of the night. Lee really has been a god send and I will always be happy to pass on his details. Thanks again Lee.

We contacted Lee very late at night due to having issues with our patio door not locking. Lee was very helpful over the phone, and offered to come out straight away, and was with us very quickly. Lee worked in freezing and dark conditions, and was able to rectify the problem very quickly, whilst also identifying further issues with the door which he will also be able to correct. We will definatly be using Lee again and will be reccomending him to all friends and family. Lee was very friendly, professional and also worked covid safe.

Lee has replaced some internal locks on my windows as the mechanisms inside had broken. The bedroom window in particular had dropped and needed all the previous metalwork removing and replacing. Lee did this for me in just over an hour and was extremely fair and competitive with his pricing. Lee has previously replaced glass in one of my spare room windows too, and this was also done quickly and professionally. Lee is friendly, reliable and wears a mask to adhere to Covid regulations. Called to have a key safe fitted as soon as possible so the hospital were able to discharge my mother in law from hospital.The gentleman I spoke to fitted couldn't of been anymore helpful and friendly.
