I am very impressed with Tony, l rang and in 20 minutes he was on my doorstep. So trustworthy for ladies living on their own. Tony put right my door and changed another door lock for me which had a doggy lock. He knows his trade well, thank you so much for helping me out so late in the day. And very reasonably price too.

I rarely leave reviews. After my partner dropped both the car keys & house keys in the river...I know...I rang Tony who answered straightaway. Due to the situation, I was unable to confirm what time our lift would arrive to get us home but Tony agreed to stay on standby. I cannot thank him enough for being so flexible especially as we had our 10 month old with us. Efficient, reliable and a great laugh - call him if you're stuck!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Tony helped us with our kitchen window lock when it was completely jammed making working from home as a baker in this heat extremely difficult, tiny came out the same day and the window was fixed within half an hour with a new handle popped on. Nothing was to much trouble and he was so friendly and polite even when my children were running around asking questions on how everything worked 🙈 couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Tony 😃

Just had two doors fixed at a brilliant price. Tony could have easily told me it was going to be a big and expensive job and I would have believed him with the condition my locks/doors were in. Instead he was honest about it being a reasonably easy fix and did it the same morning he was contacted at a more than fair price. He takes pride in his work and made sure the fix was spot on. Picture this, Sunday lunchtime and my sister-in-law has been out walking her dog and tries to open her front door only to find that it won't unlock! Freezing weather when I arrive so I try the web for emergency locksmiths. Fortunately for us ,Tony is the only one to answer his phone! Our front door was getting harder and harder to shut each day as the locking mechanism wasn’t engaging properly. After I had major surgery I found that I couldn’t get the door to shut or lock anymore on my own as I couldn’t put any pressure on the handle and it required major effort even with good old WD40. We decided to message Tony and see if this was something a locksmith could help with. He responded immediately and said he could pop around to have a look and gave us several times to chose from. Tony turned up on time and in a van that was marked with his company logo so I knew it wasn’t just anyone arriving. (I am not fond of tradesman who turn up in unmarked vehicles.) Tony was very friendly and despite looking like a big tough guy very quickly put me at ease. I left him to get on with the job whilst I went and rested. To be honest I expected him to be done quickly, it was a cold day and a big layer of frost outside, I assumed he would do the job needed but as quick as possible so he could get out of the cold. I was wrong. He was more concerned about me being cold with the door open.it was a genuine concern. this was the kind of person Tony turned out to be. Kind of heart as well as good at his job. Tony took the time needed to do the job correctly. Once done he explained everything to me to make sure I knew what work had been done. He asked me to try the door a few times to make sure I was happy with the work. The locking mechanism glided into place so smoothly. I needed to use no pressure at all. It was better then new. Tony then tidied up and wiped everything down he had touched with wipes he had brought himself. Payment was quick and easy and very reasonably priced for the quality of work Tony did. REGRETS: We regret not calling Tony sooner. DOWNSIDES The front door is so smooth that the back door now feels rough, (it felt fine until we realised how easy it could feel when done right) so will be calling on Tony’s service’s again to look at fixing that door as well. We can not recommend Tony highly enough. We could not fault his work. we used Tony as several neighbours have raved about his work and said how Tony cares about his customers and always does the best job he can, we can now say that we totally agree with them. Tony at LocksmithTony is the only Locksmith we trust and would recommend.

Our garage door lock broke inside the frame, meaning we couldn't get in (a problem as my car lives in there and as we have no back gate its our only access to the house, so I had to walk food shop around the block) Tony came out within 24hrs, and even though it took him twice as long as it should of (due to very tight door, badly fitted by builders,) he stuck to his quote. He fitted a new lock, which feels great quality, was very professional and friendly, he left no mess and did a great job.

I was locked out of my vending machines having lost the keys! I rang one locksmith and they actually recommended I ring Tony. I’m glad I did, Tony quickly picked the lock and told me what I needed to order and how to refit the new one to save extra expense of him coming back. All this from ring to getting fixed took 1.5hours tops. Tony adhered to Covid regulations and was very pleasant. In the unfortunate event I need a locksmith again I will ring him 👍

Tony has done a couple of jobs for me now. More recently for my Mom who’s front door failed to even shut properly let alone lock. My Mom is a disabled lady who lives alone and having carers to look after her, the house needed to be safe and secure for her as soon as possible. This happened, unknowingly on a Saturday lunch time and I was out shopping with my daughter for her as well as being unable to drive due to an operation I had a few weeks prior. I got in touch with Tony who was able to go to my Mom’s within 30 minutes. As he could not refit a new mechanism there and then he made the house secure until he returned a couple of days after when he could get the correct parts. Tony is a very trustworthy man not to mention very well mannered, kind and helpful. As Tony had completed a job for me earlier this year and came highly recommended I had no hesitation that he was the right person for the job given my circumstances. His work is top class and he always gives the first class advice and options to complete the best job. His prices are always very competitive if not cheaper than a previous locksmith my Mom used a year ago and I have no hesitation when recommending his work. Thanks again Tony.
