J. A.I've used A+E locksmiths twice now at 2 different properties (although didn't realise it was same company the 2nd time). He answered immediately both times, came out within the hour, and got the job done efficiently. Although the labour charge was fair, i was definitely over charged for parts on both occasions. I was charged £160 for a mechanism which typically costs £80-£100...if it's a special mechanism then he failed to explain the difference and its no different to the last mechanism. Would only recommend if in a jam and no other choice
