This is an amazing locksmith. My mum had an awful experience and needed urgent assistance and Antonlocks saved the day! He came very quickly we needed him in less than 30 minutes last minute. He came, changed the locks was very kind and polite. He really has excellent customer service and he has amazing manners! Tony is exceptional. He came round to fix a faulty lock fitted by another locksmith the previous evening and was professional, caring and funny from start to finish. I’d had such a stressful experience with the previous locksmith and Tony put me at ease, going above and beyond, talking me through the steps, giving advice - even helped fix my door! Clearly really passionate about what he does. It’s not often you come across people like Tony but I’m so lucky I found him for this job. We have used Ant four times now at two different properties! We return to him everytime because he is trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable and professional. The first time was at our first property when our key snapped in the lock on a freezing cold winters night having just come back from the gym. The second, was after we moved house and the front door wouldn't lock, third time our garage lock was broken and the last time, tonight, our UPVC back door wasn't closing. Called Tony as handle came off backdoor and I couldn't get it back on. He asked me to send him some photos and then called me back and explained how to fix it. Also said if I couldn't do it he would come round and fix. Really appreciated he didnt just offer to come over so he could charge a call out fee etc, he gave me the information to fix it myself and therefore earned nothing from it. Will definitely contact him next time I need a locksmith!

I am very pleased with the quick and professional service Antonlocks provides. Yesterday's night at 10:30 I came back home only find that my room lock was not working and my key was not turning. It was clear that it was locked from it side. Call Antonlocks and in less than 20 minutes Anton arrived.
