I can't fault Andy on anything. He arrived when he said he would, he did everything that I asked him to do. He adjusted my back door to perfection and fitted a new handle and he fixed the front door handle. He cleaned up afterwards too. I wouldn't use anybody else.

I called today to get a lock replaced in a ground post that hasn't been used for many years. Andy came same day at my request, and was friendly and honest that he was unable to remove the lock from the post ( it was something that will require a specialist for the type of post ). He went out of his way to try and help, and said if we couldn't get anywhere else to sort it, he would attempt to drill it out as a last resort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use him should I require a locksmith in future. Thanks

I had two locks that needed changing,Andy gave me a really good quote on them,he said that it might be a week until he can change it ,next thing I know he rings me up and tells me he can come the next day,I was made up i definitely couldn’t recommend anybody else

Very happy with my experience with ICE Secure. I called Andy about a broken door handle and he came out within half an hour despite it being evening. It ended up being a much larger issue with the door that took him several hours and two visits due to needing an extra part. He kept me up to date throughout about the job and the price, and was friendly and professional. Service was good value, very efficient and COVID-secure measures were taken. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future and would definitely recommend to others.

Quick turnaround, Andy helped us out with a door that was positively stuck - Andy freed the door and replaced the mechanism within an hour as well as giving other uPVC doors a service. Couldn't recommended Andy and ICE any higher, he took my phone call late in the evening and after a WhatsApp video call to assess the problem, was generous enough to recommend a more local locksmith. When they let me down Andy came round, had a look, made a 60 mile round trip to collect the part and sorted out my problem. Andy rang to say he could make it earlier than arranged if that was convenient, which was great for me. Arrived on time and actually fixed the broken lock while he was unpicking it. Told me he could replace the lock and quoted a price but he said to be honest it was probably not necessary to do so and that the lock should be OK now.
