K. A.I have been using LW Locksmiths St Helens for many years now and I can honestly say that they are the best locksmith company in St Helens.
They are always available to help when you need them, their prices are fair and reasonable, and the customer service is outstanding!
On this occasion the handle on my front door had completely snapped off on the outside, luckily I was on the inside when it broke so was still able to open the door.
Alan the locksmith came out right away and replaced my broken handle for a new one.
He was a really nice guy and talked to me about the various door handles they had in stock before I chose.
He even gave my front door an oil treatment, which is always handy as it has been neglected for some time now!
Definitely recommend LW Locksmiths St Helens if you need any locksmith work done at home.

Had basically shut my front door with the keys still in the lock inside.
Typical Google search and worked my way down the list with a few calls, each one stating before finishing my query with me having to have a new lock fitted and costing £60/80 on average.
Eventually got to LW Locksmith who stated even if the key has had turned in the back of the door this would be no problem to solve providing I had a letter box, and would cause no damage to the door or lock.
Alan arrived on time the same day, 40mins after my initial call, and literally within half a minute of being at my front door had it opened.
If I'm honest I felt 'had off' and in awe with the speed and ease Alan opened the door, but happy to part with my cash for a fraction of the cost of other locksmiths, without needing a new lock, and just their genuine honesty of being able to solve the problem than rip me off for a new lock that was not needed.
Would certainly recommend to anyone else.
Number is saved in my phone now for any more lock problems.

I. H.Needed a locksmith to fix a patio door. I've used Alan before and once again a really courteous, swift service. A same day appointment was offered, but next day suited me better. Alan arrived bang on time and even put in a courtesy call in advance to check all was okay.
Fault was quickly diagnosed and as a Customer i was given an informed choice as to whether to proceed with a repair or replacement. No pressure or false selling.
Alan was respectful of the home environment whilst completing the work.
Genuine, honest, reliable.
Would definitley recommend.

He was quick and efficient but also very patient and discreet, as we simultaneously dealt with another issue. Alan provided a very reasonable quote for the job and actually charged us even less, when we concluded that one element wasn't the best solution after all. Highly recommended.

d. b.I had just sold my car on Ebay. The gentleman who had won the auction was on his way to collect the vehicle. In preparation for the sale, i thought i'd pop out to the car and start her up. I left the car running on the drive whilst i popped back inside. Upon returning to the car, i attempted to gain access to the car via the driver side door. To my surprise and huge disappointment, the door was locked...in fact, all of the doors were locked. So, my car is sat on the driveway, quietly idling along, with all the doors locked and the new owner en route. In a panic, i rang Alan from L-W Locksmiths and he arrived promptly. Within minutes my car was unlocked and all was well again. Thanks again Alan, i would definitely recommend :-)
