Great service from window geeks. We needed a door panel replacement and these guys did a great job. Communication was a great and they turned up when they said they would and did a top job. Door looked that good it inspired me to upgrade the front of the house!

Got a response very quickly after leaving an email to arrange a quote and was able to book a job after the quote for within 2 weeks (which given how difficult the pandemic has made things was very good). Service was very professional and exceptionally fast. I had my hinges and locking mechanism replaced by Aron within literally 5 minutes, and it wasn’t rushed and there were no cut corners. I was very happy with the quality of work. Aron was great! We had our free quotation for the works and we were silly and hesitated because we’ve never had any window works done before. Turns out getting your windows fixed and serviced is the best option we could have dreamed of in terms of price and efficiency…and we stumbled on it accidentally. I rang WindowGeeks on 20/08/20 to ask advice regarding a broke conservatory door. Despite being very busy, Neil came out on the same day and fixed the door straight away. I was very pleased with the work done. He also gave me advice and a quote for replacing my leaded windows with clear glass. He arrived promptly on 31/10/20 and carried out the work efficiently. The Window Geeks were recommended to us by another window fitting company who would not look at our job. Window Geeks responded quickly and sent a fitter to look at the job and gave us a very reasonable price to repair our UPV french doors which were quite old and had sunk. Aran came to our house to do the job with his colleague. He was extremely professional and very tidy. The doors now open and close as well as they did 15 years ago when they were installed. I would highly recommend this company if you need a window or door repair. They are very experienced and extremely helpful.

Twice now I've used window geeks. Once for locking mechanism for the windows, and just for my back door which needed a new locking mechanism, rubber seal and securing the door back to the wall as it was moving. Both jobs have been fantastic. The price I would say is reasonable definitely cheaper then getting new. If in doubt get them to give you a quote before looking at new.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Neil and his team. Unlike other firms he stuck with the estimate that he gave me before the lockdown and any extra work I asked him to do was comparable to last early March's prices. Brilliant company. Trust worthy, well priced and efficient. I bought a house in July and a couple windows had dropped out of their frames so there was a large gap between the window and frames. I already had a tradesman out to see if they could be fixed but I was advised to buy two new windows at a substantial cost. After looking for upvc companies, I found window geeks on the yellow pages. Saw some good reviews and thought id give them a try. Adam came to suss the job out and instantly said they just needed new hinges and I also enquired about fitting 5 child restrictor catches on various upstairs windows. The quote I was given was very competitive so I sign for the work to be done straight away. Adam came back to fit the hinges and restrictors less than 3 weeks later and did an excellent job. Packed the windows in tightly so there was no gaps or drafts and I am really really pleased with the work.
