We had a problem with our front door lock, called Abbey Locksmith as found them locally- fantastic service from arranging a free quote to advise on the issue and coming back to repair the problem. Everything was efficient and quick, Jamie the locksmith was professional and expert knowledge, Debbie who arranged it all was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend and would use them again.

I locked my self out of my flat and called a locksmith whom suggested drilling out my locks. I phoned up Abbey Locksmiths and explained what was happening. Within 15 minutes of my phone call Gavin Arrived and explained the reasons why locks shouldnt be drilled out. Within 20 minutes Gavin managed to pick my lock and open up my door. Gavin was really helpful and informative about what he was doing. 5*++

I got home at 4am from celebrating my anniversary. My key was NOT working in my apartment's deadbolt, and emergency maintenance had not returned any of my 3 calls. I called several locksmiths, and Abbey Locksmith was the only one who answered. The gentleman was very kind, and had a tech out within 30 minutes. Unfortunately my deadbolt had to be replaced, so I paid more than I'd planned. HOWEVER, the tech was very persistent in replacing my very difficult lock. I wish I'd caught his name. Thank you for your prompt service as well as your wonderful, caring customer service!!
