Absolutely fantastic service, half the price the car dealer wanted to charge. Came to my work (I work in the middle of nowhere) to make it easier for me and was by far the best value in the area. Really knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer…even when calling him back for a faulty key, which turned out to be a duff pack of newly purchased batteries and nothing to do with the key (I’m so embarrassed), Tyler still took the time to check the key was working 100% and then when he wasn’t happy with the keys response changed it over for me. I will be recommending Access Denied to anyone who will listen and will be back for my daughters spare key soon! Thank you for being a genuine, honest and helpful guy! One very happy customer!

Tyler from access denied, came out today and sorted my key problems for me in around 15/20 mins. He replaced a broken key for me and recoded my spare... as this wasn't working either, top lad was really helpful quick and efficient, would highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to work with these guys - they are awesome. I lost my car keys - and was quoted nearly a thousand pounds by Jaguar to resolve (and they didn’t do in home visits). I was very sceptical about buying car keys from anyone else but spoke to Tyler, and was blown away. He was at my house within a couple of hours, programmed new keys, and helped sort the paperwork for my insurance claim. And saved me hundreds of pounds and a load of inconvenience. About 1yr later (today) I embarrassingly didn’t remove the plastics properly from some new key batteries, and called him out again. He was with me in an hour, solved it, no stress, no additional £ bill, just a young helpful guy who deserves to have a stellar business. If you lose your keys just call them, you won’t regret it I promise you.

What’s great service is when someone comes to your home and programmes a car key as the old one went in the washing machine.Then two months later the key is faulty, so phoning this great service and asking to sort out this problem,for them was not a problem.He came out no charge and programmed another key.thankyou for a great service,highly recommended

Losing your car key is nightmare, especially when it’s the only key you have. I spoke to 3 different people but Tyler from Access Denied was not only cheaper but the only one who could do it that same morning. Turned up bang on time. Just wanted to say thankyou so much for an excellent service, my daughter managed to get her 2 year old son locked in the car 🤦‍♀️ at 7.30am in the morning. 1st company said they could come mid day !!!!! But after ringing access denied they said half hour bearing in mind the traffic and distance , they were there within the half hour , and accessed car within 5 minutes.
