Called Rob on a Sunday because My front door was busted and couldn’t get the key out. He came within 20 minutes, clearly explained and showed what the issue was and explained what the replacement part would do. He was extremely friendly and went the extra mile for us considering it was Easter Sunday. Thanks Rob!

Rob attended my home in a very timely manor and replaced my door lock. He provided me with a better lock and even took the time to fix my door at no extra cost, so that it closed more efficiently. Thanks Rob We had a serious issue with our front door lock. Somehow we managed to lock ourselves in the house. After calling several other locksmiths, decided to use Rob who came over very quickly & resolved the problem. Called Rob after arriving home from holiday and discovering I had lost my house keys. Did a google search and he came out at short notice and got me, and my suitcases into my house within the hour. Excellent service and he didn't charge me a stupid mount of money either. Rob saved the day. Highly Recommended!

Excellent service and very professional. He managed to take out a stuck key, fix a jammed mechanism and re align a door all very quickly. He also gave me diy tip to fix the door mechanism so as not to waste my money. What a bloke!

Would defo highly recommend Rob!! He was here within 15 mins and helped with my door when i locked myself out. Rob was the second locksmith i called as another company took 3 hours and couldnt open my door. Infact they had ruined the lock, door and door frame and commited a criminal offense by using unecessary methods to try and open my door!!. Rob however gained entry in literally 10 seconds!. This would be the 2nd time I've used Rob for a job The first was when my wife locked the front door with the keys inside. Rob came out very quickly and managed to get my wife in safely. Yesterday my father had mislaid his key while traveling, so was in a panic when arriving home after a long journey. Rob got him in and changed the lock for a good price. Definitely recommend this company, Rob was on time, extremely polite, professional and friendly, he gave me such a good price for the work I needed done and completed the job really quickly and to an extremely high standard. Don't listen to surjits ridiculous review for him as I asked him about this when he came and he showed me the thread of messages she had sent him messing him around. And the fact he done a previous job for her she was happy with but never gave him a good review for, proves she's obviously one of these petty people that try and ruin someone's reputation for no valid reason, if someone kept messing me around I'd refuse to work for them again aswel!!
