Efficient and affordable. I had been to Timpsons 3 times over the preceding week where they repeatedly cut my house key incorrectly. Lock and Key services got it right first time, and for less. Would recommend!

I went into this shop today after my key for my car broke off. The lady there was very helpful and recommended to me what she can do. The total was £25 which I thought was reasonable and all I had to do was wait an hour. Came back and it was all done for me. Can't help but be thankful for this place.Will definitely be using this place again in the near future.

Great service here. I Had a key for my motorbike snap in half and they stil managed to get one cut. Only £8 too!! Saved me alot of cash. Otherwise I was looking at alot of money for 2 new barrels.

I approached approx 5 companies for 2 separate lock jobs.- 3 out of the 5 did not even bother to reply with any information or quotes (2 didnt call me back!) the 4th gave me a quote 2.5 times more expensive than Lock and Key services (and in comparison to the information i had already taken from a google search) Lock and Key was the only company that responded promptly both times - gave me a quote / asked questions and gave me an updated quote (after discussion regarding options about locks) and your representative (Andrew) came on time and fitted all the locks in reasonable time, no messing about - knew what he was doing and got on with it. Prompt replies to emails, prompt information regarding locks, realistic quotes/prices, punctual representative at the lock-fitting and good lock-fitting. Thanks Lock and Key Services Sumita

The quality of their labour at £65 a hour quite good. The prices of their locks are a lot higher than Screwfix and most stores. Just buy one and ask them to install instead.
